General Purposes- BAM Studio is a recording studio and must be used for musical purposes only within the general scope of music rehearsal, lessons, recording, or other reasonable musical purposes.
Cleanliness- Bam Studios must maintain a clean and professional atmosphere.
Liability and Conduct- Clients must agree to accept full financial responsibility for any and all actual or proximate cause damages that occur in BAM studios as a result of their actions or the actions of their guests within the scope of their recording session. “Guests’ are defined as any accompanied individuals.
Rule Violation- Accompanied individuals and/or Guests that violate these Rules and Regulations will constitute Client’s violation of these Rules and Regulations, and Client will be held fully liable for all of their actions. No other persons shall be allowed to enter the Property and/or the Studio unless accompanied at all times by BAM Studio’s staff or an Authorized User.
Capacity Control- Clients are allowed a maximum of 6 guests while renting the space, and will be subject to nullify session with no refund if personnel exceeds the max. Prior approval is needed for larger groups and will be subject to an additional fee.
PARKING- No overnight parking (if not rehearsing). BAM STUDIOS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for towing or parking citations by the City/County/State.
Building Conduct- NO loitering in the hallways nor hostile behavior. Disrespectful actions towards other users of the Property or BAM Studio’s staff is not tolerated.
Contraband- Illegal drugs, firearms, pyrotechnic, or hazardous materials are NOT PERMITTED on the Property.
Smoking- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside Studio and anywhere else inside the building. Must be outside the building 20 feet from any entrance.
Dining- Food and drinks are allowed but must be kept away from all studio equipment at all times. Spillage will result in cleaning fees or replacement charges.
Alcohol Consumption- Public intoxication, and underaged drinking is prohibited and will NOT be tolerated!
Cancellation Policy- Studio reservations will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. Cancellations 24 hours prior to reservation receive a full refund. Within 24 hours the reservation receives a 50% refund. No refunds are permitted after the reservation begins. Sessions that extend over the allotted time will result in an additional late fee of $20 each 10-minute increment.
